How the data is compiled
The Electoral Roll
The data set is built using the publicly data available from local councils and it is then harmonised into a single referenced flat file, before being pushed through a cleansing and suppression process.
The roll can also be updated every 4 months.

The in-fill data
The in-fill data is collected from a plethora of sources by Bismuth’s child company and network AWS Telecoms www.awstelecoms.com
The data is PAF validated and cleaned through suppression files before being loaded against the electoral roll. New records are then identified and retained.

How the data is updated
Updates are made available every 4 months and this includes: council updates, attainer data, and lifestyle in-fill and updates.
